Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in Asia.
Which currency will I be charged in?
We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Hera Fit is a brand that delivers globally.
How do I track my order?

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if you do so before it has been collected by the shipping carrier. We do try and get our orders out quick, so we ask you let us know straight away. Unfortunately, once orders have been shipped they can’t be cancelled.
When will my order ship?
Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 7 - 14 working
days. You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking
number as soon as your package ships.
What is your return policy?
We offer any-reason returns for 30 days from purchase. Terms and conditions apply. Please see our Return Policy here.
What happens if I received the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then please contact us, and we’ll check how we can give you a refund.
Is checkout on this site safe and secure?
We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
